Hotel Arenales

I enjoyed my stay but still fighting with the fact that the pictures have nothing to do with reality. We had two rooms. Our rooms are visible on the last pictures in the profile but they are still photoshopped. I looked up in many rooms walking through the corridor and I didn’t see one room like on pictures. The hotel is outdated. But still I have a very positive feedback. The rooms are spacious and great cleaned (spotless!). The bed is comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Location is great as it is a quiet street and walkable to many sights in BA. The breakfast is also not as present on the pictures. It is very limited and every day the same but the products are tasty.

The room was very spacious and quiet. The breakfast was fresh and the friendliness and helpfulness of the restaurant staff and front desk staff were amazing - a special word of thanks to the kitchen staff and Daniel at the front desk!

Unlike the first place I stayed in Buenos Aires that was a 2 star rated a 4 star, Hotel Arenales was a 4.5 star rated as a 3 star., from my perspective. Seemingly new fixtures, great bed, quiet neighborhood, very clean, great staff. The included breakfast was served next door in a modern cafe with a substantial selection of food.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Small lifts with old door type. If a guest forgets to close it on a floor, it gets stuck there and others will have to take the stairs. Otherwise a nice small hotel with good value for money.
